Front Row is our annual membership — $99 a year. It is built for the people who dress up more than once a year.

What a member gets:

1. Free shipping on every order. No minimum to reach. Everyone else gets free shipping over $99; members get it on every order, however small.

2. 10 points for every $1 spent. 100 points is $1 off. Points are earned on merchandise only — not on shipping, tax, gift cards or the membership fee itself — and are spent in whole dollars, 500 points ($5) at a time. Points are a membership perk: customers who are not members do not earn them.

3. Free returns and exchanges. The 15% restocking fee never applies to a member, on any resolution, including a refund to the original payment method. Members also get a prepaid return label on every return.

4. 60 days to return instead of 30. The standard window is 30 days from delivery; members get 60.

5. Priority fulfilment from 1 October to 20 December. Member orders are prepared and shipped ahead of the queue through the busiest weeks of the year.

6. Sibling sizes, 10% off. Buy more than one size of the same costume in a single order and every size after the first comes down 10%.

7. First access to every drop. New collections and the Halloween range open to members 48 hours early.

8. 1,000 points for your birthday week. That is $10 to spend, every year. The points arrive three days before your birthday and are gone three days after it — seven days in all. Whatever is left unspent at the end of the week goes back, so they are a reason to treat yourself rather than a balance that sits there. Add your birth month and day on this page once you are a member; we never ask for the year.

Billing and cancellation: Front Row bills $99 once a year and renews automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account, and every perk stays with you until the date you have already paid through — cancelling never cuts a membership short.

Not a member? Nothing changes. Shipping is still free over $99, returns are still open for 30 days, and the 15% restocking fee is still waived whenever you take store credit instead of a refund.
