30 Day Return Policy

  3. Time Limit: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any returns received after this period may not be accepted.

  4. Non-Returnable Items: Some items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include but are not limited to, earrings, swimwear, and perishable goods.

Return Shipping:

  1. Cost Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

  2. Package Securely: Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for added security.

Refund Process:

  1. Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.

  2. Refund: Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please contact your financial institution for updates once the refund process has been initiated. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, simply follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Restocking Fee:

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
